FAQ

How fast are alerts?+

We re-check areas with subscribers about every 20 minutes and email as soon as a store flips to in stock.

Which stores are covered?+

Alerts fire from live store data at Target and Dollar General. Walmart and Five Below don't publish store stock, so follow the sightings feed for those.

How do I stop them?+

Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.

What do you do with my email?+

We only use it to send the alerts you asked for. We never sell it. See our privacy policy.
